Job summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. The role will lead health, safety, and environmental compliance across Central and South Texas, mentoring division safety managers and ensuring consistent execution of Fisk’s safety programs and project safety plans.

You will oversee audits, incident reporting and investigations, training, and credential management, while standardizing safety procedures and partnering with project teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction safety experience with leadership of regional or multi-site teams.
• Deep expertise in electrical safety, NFPA 70E, and hazard mitigation.
• Current OSHA 500 certification and BCSP credentials (CHST/CSP); CESCP preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety and environmental compliance for Central and South Texas operations.
• Mentor and audit Division Safety Managers to ensure program consistency.
• Oversee safety audits, incident reporting, investigations, and post-incident actions.
• Standardize PPE, job-specific safety plans, and SOPs for regional work.
• Collaborate with project managers and executives to address safety issues and drive a proactive culture.
• Monitor fleet safety performance and report to Corporate Safety Director.
