Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/ Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across the Alaska region, leading a team of technicians and ensuring safe, efficient facilities for associates and customers.

You will travel within the region (≈50% of the time), maintain licenses, work with store managers and vendors, and drive reporting and compliance. A strong background in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical maintenance is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of general facilities services/building maintenance experience
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
• Leadership skills to lead, motivate and develop others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving with root-cause analysis
• Customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Travel ≈50% within the region and maintain state contractor licenses
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required
• Produce reporting and analytics on facilities maintenance
• Ensure permits and licenses are up to date and inspections are scheduled
