Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for facilities in a region. You will lead technicians, work with store managers and leadership, and ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.

The role requires 50%+ travel, maintaining state licenses, reporting, and coordination with vendors. Compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $90,000–$180,000 with eligible bonuses and

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of general facilities/services/building maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving with root-cause analysis.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of technicians across a region.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Produce reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in training and site inspections to ensure standards.
