Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer estimating functions for region or group, including budgets and staffing.
• Implement estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Coordinate with project managers on purchase orders, subcontracts, and changes during procurement.
• Oversee market cost studies and database updates for cost effectiveness.
• Review project details with region leadership and propose strategies and resources.
