Qualifications

• Experience with estimating systems, cost databases and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers estimating functions for region or group.
• Implements estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Works with project managers on purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders.
• Supervises market cost studies, materials and methods.
• Reviews project details and helps determine strategies and resources.
• Coordinates with design leads for cost effectiveness and constructability.
• Ensures standardized use of estimating systems and maintains data.
• Maintains historical data for estimating man-hours and bid results.
