Responsibilities

• Manage estimating functions including budgets and staffing.
• Implement policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Assist PMs with procurement and change orders.
• Supervise market cost studies and data updates.
• Review project details and determine strategies and resources.
• Coordinate with design leads for cost effectiveness and constructability.
• Ensure standardized use of estimating systems and data.
• Maintain historical data for estimating hours and bids.
• Review final estimates for formal quotations.
• Contact subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.
• Perform additional duties as required.
