Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Operations/leadership experience in construction.
• Multifamily electrical construction experience strongly preferred.
• General commercial electrical construction experience also considered.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Strong scheduling, estimating, and project financials knowledge.
• Ability to lead PMs, supers, and field personnel.
• Solid knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day electrical construction operations across multiple projects.
• Lead and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and performance.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are safe, on schedule, and compliant with contracts.
• Review progress and flag issues that could affect schedule or profitability.
• Provide guidance to project teams throughout construction.
• Assist with resource planning and staffing.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Help establish and improve operational processes and standards.
• Support growth opportunities within the Columbus market.
