Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Regional EHS Specialist to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across receiving plants in Wisconsin. This role focuses on implementing policies, conducting inspections, and leading training to minimize risks and protect workers.

The position requires an Associate’s Degree or related certification and experience in EHS. Travel may be required during harvest, with a year-round focus on safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience in environmental, health, or safety fields.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS programs at receiving plants to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments; identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver environmental and safety training, both in person and electronically.
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve EHS programs and incident investigations.
