Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead and execute environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple sites in Wisconsin. You will drive OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance, build a proactive safety culture, and partner with site and corporate leadership to improve safety performance and readiness.

The role requires 7–10 years of EHS experience, a Master’s degree in the field, and CSP/CIH or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive EHS experience with multi-site leadership.
• Master’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field required.
• Professional CSP, CIH, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS programs across multiple sites and ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance.
• Foster a proactive safety culture through leadership, coaching, and training.
• Conduct incident investigations using root-cause methods and implement CAPA.
• Perform EHS audits, risk assessments, and JHA/JSA analysis regionally.
• Deliver safety training for all employee levels, including emergency response.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Operations, and regulators to ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop and test site-specific Emergency Action Plans and crisis procedures.
• Review new equipment and processes from an EHS perspective before rollout.
• Support safety committees and regional safety governance with data-driven insights.
• Assist corporate EHS in rolling out company-wide initiatives within the region.
