Job summary

Roquette is hiring an EHS Specialist to join the Environmental, Health & Safety team. The regional role supports Wilmington, DE; Newark, DE; and Spring House, PA sites to advance safety and environmental programs.

On-site with some work-from-home flexibility, focusing on policy implementation, training, and continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor of Science and at least 7 years of EHS experience in pharmaceutical or industrial settings, with strong English communication and

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ EHS experience in pharmaceutical or industrial fields.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP, FDA regulations, OSHA compliance, GDPs, EPA, DNREC, and PADEP regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Willing to work on-site in the USA; valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Promote a proactive safety culture across labs, production areas and offices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and EHS best practices across pharma processes and labs.
• Coordinate with site residents to ensure safe operation of routine and non-routine activities.
• Support management of change (MOC) processes and track corrective actions.
• Provide training on EHS topics, both in classroom and hands-on settings.
• Record, track, and report EHS performance data; participate in safety committees.
• Lead and support regional EHS initiatives and audits across locations.
