Zusammenfassung

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Regional EHS & Safety Coordinator to oversee safety programs and regulatory compliance at Aberdeen, NC and West Columbia, SC facilities. You will lead investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, and leadership teams to strengthen safety culture.

The role requires directing environmental permits, incident reporting, and workers' compensation processes, with travel between sites and a focus

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Safety, EHS, Industrial Compliance, Manufacturing Operations, or related disciplines.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety programs.
• Strong communication, coaching, training, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple facilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and safety management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations.
• Preferred OSHA 30 Certification.
• Experience in managing environmental compliance programs and permits.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate all safety initiatives for the Aberdeen and West Columbia facilities.
• Conduct routine plant inspections, safety audits, and workplace observations.
• Identify hazards and unsafe work practices and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations.
• Lead investigations involving injuries, incidents, and environmental events.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate findings to leadership.
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
• Partner with Operations and Maintenance on continuous improvement projects.
