Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks an EHS/QC Coordinator to partner with operations, analyze manufacturing processes, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance. You will guide safety practices, train employees, and help establish safe-work methods across the Great Lakes sites.

You will lead incident investigations, manage safety data, prepare permit applications, and collaborate with site management to implement new programs and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in maintaining OSHA and EPA compliance.
• Verbal, written communications and presentations skills.
• Ability to work with personnel at all levels to achieve plant goals.
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and support corrective/preventive actions to eliminate hazards.
• Complete incident investigations, input analysis, and track actions.
• Inspect samples and test materials for quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare safety reports and assist in permit applications with regulatory agencies.
• Support site management in developing new safety programs and equipment.
