Job summary

Meyer Utility Structures, an Arcosa subsidiary, is seeking a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to support 2–4 facilities within the assigned region and drive corporate EHS standards.

The role requires 60–75% travel to coach sites, lead safety initiatives, and integrate newly acquired or startup facilities into the EHS program. You will partner with operations leadership to build a proactive safety culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Experience leading Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF) prevention and risk management programs.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic EHS leadership across 2–4 facilities within an assigned region.
• Standardize and improve corporate EHS systems across facilities.
• Coach Plant Managers and Operations to own EHS performance locally.
• Lead regional audits, risk assessments, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT regulatory compliance at all facilities.
