Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required; 6+ years of EHS experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 65%.
• Experience in safety program management and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational implementation of EHS programs to build a proactive safety culture.
• Collaborate with CAI Safety Teams on leading and lagging indicators.
• Partner with Recon and Lean Daily Management to reflect Cox Automotive safety culture.
• Establish timelines and close corrective actions from inspections and audits.
• Support standardized environmental practices and regulatory compliance.
• Develop site safety and environmental policies and improvement plans.
• Coordinate training with auction site partners.
• Develop and implement incident response plans and reporting.
• Support Learning Team initiatives with frontline employees.
