Group 1 Automotive is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support a safe, compliant workplace across dealership and collision center operations in the United States. The role partners with Regional EHS Managers to implement environmental, health, and safety programs and foster a proactive safety culture.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, the ability to build relationships with site leaders, and a passion for educating teams on safety.

Formación

• Strong relationship-building abilities with field leaders across multiple sites.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with EHS or LMS systems is a plus.
• 75% travel across the region is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site audits, training, and safety campaigns with Regional EHS Managers.
• Maintain OSHA logs, incident records, training rosters, and audit tracking tools.
