Job summary

Air Products is seeking a North Subregion EHS Manager to provide strategic EHS leadership, training, site assessments, and incident investigations. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance, review global EHS policies, and empower a team across 75+ sites in the Northern United States and Eastern Canada.

The role requires 7+ years of field EHS management, CSP/ASPO or equivalent, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with technical underpinnings in EHS
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, PSM/RMP and related regulations
• Experience leading EHS programs across multiple sites and teams

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional EHS team across 75+ sites in the Northern US and Eastern Canada.
• Develop and execute regional EHS strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Air Products standards; drive safety culture and performance.
