Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead and manage safety initiatives across Colorado and Utah, driving the goal of zero accidents. This role requires strong communication, training, and project management skills to implement safety policies and procedures in construction and manufacturing environments.

The position covers the Colorado and Utah territory, with travel approximately 50%, and offers a compensation range of $90,000 to $135,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety management experience in construction, transportation, distribution, or warehousing.
• Proficient in OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations and safety administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS efforts to promote safe and compliant practices.
• Identify and implement best safety practices to reduce injuries.
• Conduct audits and facilitate training and meetings.
• Manage OSHA citations and investigations within the region.
• Develop corrective action plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate safety programs across Colorado and Utah territories.
