Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to lead EHS across multiple manufacturing sites in the region. The role focuses on building partnerships with operations leaders, driving consistent EHS standards, and integrating EHS into capital projects and continuous improvement efforts.

The ideal candidate will coach site leaders, develop frontline EHS knowledge, and advance safety culture through hazard recognition and injury prevention. Strong leadership and governance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with Regional Operations Director, Plant Managers, Functional Leaders, and Capability teams for EHS risk management and capability development
• Provide strategic EHS leadership across multiple manufacturing sites, aligning with values, risk philosophy, priorities, and culture
• Drive consistent implementation of corporate EHS standards, management systems, and risk controls across facilities
• Partner with regional and site leadership to integrate EHS into operational performance, planning, capital projects, and continuous improvement
• Coach and develop Plant Managers and EHS Leaders to build sustainable EHS leadership across the region
• Support leadership in developing frontline EHS knowledge, accountability, and ownership
• Promote leadership behaviours that strengthen engagement, hazard recognition, and injury prevention
• Recruit, develop, retain, and succession-plan EHS talent regionally; provide functional leadership to site EHS Managers
• Assess capability and share best practices across sites to ensure resources and expertise meet business objectives
• Lead regional EHS performance reviews and governance for accountability and improvement
• Analyze metrics, audits, incidents, and risk assessments to identify issues and deploy corrective actions
• Provide leadership for significant incidents, regulatory inspections, audits, and crisis response
• Conduct site assessments and management Reviews to verify EHS program effectiveness
• Lead regional and enterprise EHS initiatives and capitalize on improvement opportunities
• Support capital projects to ensure EHS risks are identified and managed
• Serve as primary escalation point for EHS issues and regulatory concerns
• Foster a culture of care and continuous improvement by sharing best practices and promoting innovation across facilities
