Challenge Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. seeks a hands-on Regional EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across multiple manufacturing facilities.

This role requires on-site leadership, coaching on the plant floor, and standardizing safety systems to reduce risk and injuries across the region. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in EHS leadership, ISO 14001/45001 experience, and the ability to influence leaders and develop teams while driving a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a safety or related field is preferred.
• 7–10 years of leadership experience in EHS within manufacturing.
• Experience implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Strong ability to influence leaders and develop talent.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and multi-state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategy and performance for multiple facilities.
• Develop regional EHS plans aligned with objectives.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve safety culture and performance.
• Spend 60% on the manufacturing floor coaching and risk reduction.
• Standardize EHS programs and audits across facilities.
• Lead ISO 14001/45001 programs and risk management systems.
• Investigate serious incidents using root cause analysis.
• Travel regionally 40–60% to support sites.
