Job summary

Pregis Corporation is seeking a Regional EHS Manager who will advance environmental, health, and safety performance across multiple manufacturing sites. This senior leader partners with operations to embed EHS into daily operations and drives systemic risk reduction through data-driven strategies.

The role coaches site EHS leaders, builds regional capability, and ensures consistent execution of enterprise EHS standards while enabling operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience, including multi-site or regional responsibility.
• Experience leading and developing EHS professionals.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Preferred certifications: CSP, CIH, CHMM.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS program development and site coaching across multiple sites.
• Translate corporate EHS strategy into regional priorities and plans.
• Drive risk reduction with data-driven methods and engineering solutions.
• Partner with operations leadership to balance safety, quality, and cost.
• Ensure audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions are effective.
