Pregis is seeking a Regional Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead EHS across multiple manufacturing sites. This senior role partners with operations, coaches site leaders, and drives enterprise EHS standards for risk reduction and operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years of EHS experience, strong communication, and the ability to implement data-driven improvements in a hybrid work environment. Travel between sites is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience, including multi-site or regional responsibility.
• Experience leading and developing EHS professionals.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Preferred certifications: CSP, CIH, CHMM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop site EHS Managers across sites.
• Drive risk reduction with data-driven hazard identification and prioritization.
• Ensure enterprise EHS standards are consistently executed regionally.
• Partner with Operations to balance safety, quality, and cost.
• Drive regional and corporate EHS improvement initiatives.
