The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 7 years of experience in EH&S program management, and a proven track record in a similar industry. The expected salary range is $155,000 - $165,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in EH&S program management, ideally in Food, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Industries.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are essential.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to Plant Managers on achieving a zero injury environment.
• Analyze and evaluate current EH&S programs for compliance.
• Implement and maintain EH&S programs to minimize risks.
• Prepare safety and compliance reports as required.
