Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an EH&S-related Science or Engineering field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant EH&S program management experience.
• Experience working in a PSM-regulated facility is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of site EH&S programs and policies to meet regulatory and company requirements.
• Support training, certification, and environmental health and safety objectives; perform inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with corporate EH&S and Balchem-wide programs.
• Assist corporate EH&S with audits of other Balchem sites.
• Coordinate EH&S training activities and ensure employees understand responsibilities.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend changes to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare safety and compliance reports as required.
