The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in EH&S or a related field, 8+ years in EH&S program management, and PSM-regulated facility experience; travel up to 10% is expected.

You will coach site management, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and partner with corporate EH&S on Balchem-wide practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of site EH&S programs and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support training, certification, and environmental health and safety objectives; perform inspections and audits.
• Coordinate with corporate EH&S on Balchem-wide programs and site deployment.
• Assist in audits of other Balchem sites and train employees on EH&S responsibilities.
