Balchem in Albert Lea, Minnesota is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to provide leadership in safety programs across the HNH sites. The successful candidate will need a bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience, particularly in the Food, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical industries.

This role requires excellent organization and communication skills, alongside the ability to engage and coach teams effectively, ensuring compliance with all EHS regulations.

The expected salary range for this role is $155,000 - $165,000.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in EH&S program management, preferably in Food, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical Industries.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in North America.
• Experience in multinational and matrix environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coaching and support to Plant Managers on achieving a zero injury work environment.
• Analyze and evaluate current EH&S programs to meet regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain EH&S programs to minimize safety risks.
