Owens Corning is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to drive safety culture and environmental compliance across multiple locations. You will lead serious injury prevention, conduct risk assessments, and guide EHS programs in alignment with corporate strategy.

The role requires collaboration with site leadership and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include investigations, audits, training, and developing safety foundations while advancing sustainability goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in EH&S or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years leading EHS efforts in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple facilities is preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience implementing EHS programs in manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify hazards and conduct formal risk assessments across processes, equipment and materials.
• Lead EHS incident investigations and ensure root-cause action and reporting.
• Support locations with EHS compliance, training, audits, and program development.
• Develop and update Critical Safety Foundations, SIF programs and related EHS initiatives.
• Collaborate to drive sustainability goals and maintenance of EHS documentation and reporting.
• Coach site leadership and staff to reinforce safety and regulatory compliance.
