ICP Group is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to oversee safety, health, and environmental programs across facilities in the US with up to 75% travel. This role reports to the VP of EHS and requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to build a safety culture across multiple locations.

Fluency in English is required, with functional Spanish a plus. The ideal candidate will drive standardized EHS processes, partner with site managers, and manage programs to ensure regulatory

Formación

• B.S. in engineering, environmental science or safety management.
• Minimum 3 years EHS leadership in chemical manufacturing.
• Experience with LMS, incident tracking, MOC, and KPIs.
• Knowledge of EPA, RCRA, SPCC, TSCA, OSHA, PSM.
• Experience leading EHS programs across multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with site managers and VP of EHS to standardize policies.
• Maintain ICP EHS management system records for plants.
• Lead site self-audits, inspections and hazard identifications.
• Coordinate incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Travel up to 75%.
