Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple locations, starting from our Westmont, IL headquarters. The role requires extensive travel to implement standards and drive a proactive safety culture in support of business growth.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in EHS, strong OSHA knowledge, and experience with incident management, hazardous waste, and injury prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience, including multi-site regional management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance standards.
• Hazardous waste characterization and management knowledge.
• Industrial hygiene principles, hazard recognition, exposure assessment and control methods.
• Experience with safety management systems and environmental management programs.
• Incident management, investigations, and root cause analysis experience.
• Injury management and early intervention practices to reduce severity and support compliance.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Ability to multitask, travel, and perform administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EHS programs across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and EHS observations (onsite and virtual) and produce actionable reports.
• Travel up to 80% to perform audits and provide hands‑on support.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop, implement, and track corrective actions.
• Coach operations teams to improve safety performance and accountability.
