Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking an experienced HSE Regional Manager to lead Environmental Health & Safety across multiple facilities. The role demands heavy travel (up to 80%) to sites in AZ, WY, CO, UT, MT, and ND, and requires strategic planning, coaching, and continuous improvement of EHS programs.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $100,000.00–$120,000.00 per year with annual bonus potential, reflecting the high-responsibility nature of the role in a global materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related Science field is highly desired. Master’s Degree in EHS or related field preferred. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, >10 years’ experience in EHS will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in EHS function within a high-risk industry.
• Working knowledge of EHS regulation with strong understanding of OSHA and EPA laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong business acumen.
• Preference for applicable EHS related professional certifications (ASP, CSP, IHIT, CIH, CHMM, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure locations are fully compliant in Environmental Health & Safety.
• Travel to assigned facilities for leadership, coaching and inspections.
• Lead EHS policy compliance programs and coordinate with legal/regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, IT to integrate EHS into business practices.
• Develop and implement region-wide EHS objectives and metrics; report KPIs.
• Maintain EHS calendars and manage regulatory activities for all sites.
