You will lead audits, investigations, and EHS programs on the production floor, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and site leadership to drive risk reduction and continuous improvement.

This role emphasizes HOP-based learning, regulatory compliance, and cross-site coordination, with travel approx. 25% across locations.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence across levels.
• Experience with EHS management systems and data platforms (Benchmark Gensuite) preferred.
• Professional certifications such as ASP, CSP, or CHMM preferred.

• Establish and maintain EHS programs across locations.
• Lead investigations of injuries and near-misses using HOP.
• Conduct safety and environmental audits and risk assessments.
• Support ergonomics initiatives and training programs.
