Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EH&S or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience leading EHS in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple facilities preferred.
• CSP certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Drive site culture and corporate guidance with emphasis on safety and compliance.
• Assist locations with SIF and critical safety program development and evaluation.
• Identify and control hazardous conditions to prevent injuries and property damage.
• Lead EHS investigations, audits, and corrective actions across sites.
• Develop and implement safety foundations, SIF programs, and environmental initiatives.
• Provide training, policy interpretation, and resource location across locations.
