Dometic in Elkhart, IN is seeking an experienced EHS Segment Specialist to lead environmental, health, and safety strategies across the Americas. You will partner with site leaders to standardize programs, drive accountability, and embed EHS thinking into growth decisions.

This regional role focuses on compliance, risk management, environmental programs, and continuous improvement, with a culture of safety as a shared value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA, workers' compensation, ISO 14001.
• Strong lean tools knowledge.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Regional EHS leadership: set strategy and translate into site programs.
• Compliance & risk management: ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance and lead investigations.
• Environmental programs: manage hazardous waste, air emissions, EMS implementation.
• Performance & continuous improvement: monitor KPIs and drive safety improvements.
• Cross-functional integration: partner with operations, engineering, HR, and supply chain.
