Job summary

Dometic is seeking an EHS Segment Specialist to own the environmental, health, and safety agenda across manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and offices in the Americas. You will partner with regional leaders to standardize programs, drive accountability, and deliver measurable safety improvements.

The role reports to the VP Operations and Supply Chain and is based in the Elkhart, IN area, with a 4+1 office policy and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA, workers' compensation, ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS strategy and programs for the Americas across sites, DCs and offices.
• Drive risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee EHS audits, regulatory reporting and liaison with authorities.
