Dover Precision Components in Jeffersonville, IN seeks a Regional Health, Safety and Environment Manager to lead safety programs across three sites. You will develop strategy, mentor safety staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and incident investigations.

Travel up to 15% is required to Illinois and Wisconsin sites. The role emphasizes leadership, audits, risk management and cross-site collaboration within a large industrial organisation.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years in occupational health and safety in manufacturing settings.
• Experience leading safety programs, audits, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication and leadership in a matrix organization.
• Travel up to 15% for site visits and inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement regional HSE strategies aligned with company goals.
• Mentor and develop site HSE professionals to build internal competence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA) across sites through risk assessments.
• Create and manage regional HSE programs and training initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement to minimize risk and enhance safety.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions with root-cause analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and report to leadership; justify safety investments.
• Serve as primary liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections.
• Travel between Jeffersonville, Rock Island, and Antigo facilities.
