Job summary

Adobe Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS leader to drive Environmental, Health, and Safety programs for the Americas region. You will oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, partner with the Regional Director and Site Security Managers, and report to the Global EHS Senior Manager.

Regular travel within the region is required. You will develop and run standardized EHS programs, lead audits and investigations, and manage emergency response planning and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience, including regional or multi-site management.
• Solid knowledge of global EHS legislation and regulatory requirements within high-tech industry.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and implement successful EHS programs.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills, with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHS contact for the Americas region and regulatory agencies.
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs to drive standardization and consistency.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure EHS compliance across the region.
• Lead safety investigations to identify and mitigate EHS risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate the development and execution of emergency response plans and training programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the EHS framework.
• Integrate EHS considerations into overall business processes.
• Communicate EHS policies and procedures effectively across the organization.
• Manage the regional EHS budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
