Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategic educational offerings and programs.
• Serve as the education contact for the regional sales team and cross-functional teams.
• Manage educational events with the field to ensure timely completion.
• Understand doctors' and teams' business goals in the region.
• Identify education needs to support education plans.
• Create an education plan with partners.
• Coordinate updates on regional and all-hands sales calls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on materials and event execution.
• Coordinate Align speakers and faculty for regional events.
• Develop learning materials and provide internal training for sales.
• Manage regional education budget.
• Collect KPIs to assess program effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
