Open Up Resources is seeking a Regional Development Manager in the United States to cultivate district relationships, drive curriculum adoptions, and implement professional learning. The role emphasizes proactive territory development, outbound outreach, and a strong pipeline for new business.

The RDM reports to the Regional/National Director and will deliver in-person and virtual presentations, maintain Salesforce records, and travel as needed to build a referral-driven pipeline across

Qualifications

• Experience in K-12 education, curriculum sales, education-technology sales.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
• Ability to develop and nurture relationships with district and school leaders.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple territory priorities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified new-business opportunities across an assigned territory.
• Execute a minimum of 15 outbound interactions (calls, emails, LinkedIn) per week to net-new district contacts.
• Conduct a minimum of 10 live outbound phone conversations per week with prospects.
• Schedule and complete a minimum 5 discovery calls or meetings per week with instructional leaders.
• Prioritize marketing-generated leads to convert them into opportunities and respond within 4 business hours.
• Deliver tailored presentations to instructional leaders, curriculum committees, and district decision-makers.
• Identify influencers to build a referral-driven pipeline.
• Represent Open Up Resources at conferences and education events.
• Accurately maintain Salesforce records and forecast updates.
• Submit bi-weekly activity and progress reports to leadership.
• Travel up to 50% to support territory development.
