Job summary

Savvas Learning Company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Manager of Educational Consulting to lead a regional team of Education Consultants, delivering paid professional learning aligned to company goals. The role blends leadership, coaching, and collaboration with district leaders and internal teams to drive implementation across core, intervention, and assessment solutions.

Candidates must live in the assigned region, bring growth mindset and instructional expertise, and have proven experience

Qualifications

Two years of leadership experience including people management.
Six years of experience in education.
Bachelor's and/or Master's degrees preferred.
Industry experience in Educational Services preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a customer-facing team.

Responsibilities

Hire, manage, and develop Supervisors and Consultants reporting to the EC Manager.
Analyze data from finance, resource deployment, and sales pipeline to forecast staffing needs.
Maximize full-time staff utilization and coordinate with part-time staff.
Identify training needs and coordinate internal training and product certifications.
Support regional sales efforts and align services to district priorities.
Collaborate with VP and Training Team on certifications and outcomes insight tools.
Lead regional professional development events and ensure successful delivery.
