Job summary

Edify is seeking a Regional EdTech Lead to promote EdTech strategy across Central America. This full-time role coordinates training, coaching, and technical assistance for country program leads to strengthen Christ-centered education through technology integration.

The position involves travel within Central America, collaboration with country directors, and design of biblically-integrated training programs for teachers and students. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, CS or related field.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• 5–7 years of work experience in education, international development, or technology.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Edify’s EdTech strategy across Central America.
• Coordinate training and technical assistance for country leads.
• Manage relationships with Edtech vendors and training partners.
• Develop biblically-integrated, context-specific training programs.
• Provide weekly updates and quarterly reports on progress.
