Job summary

Edify seeks a Regional Lead for Christ-Centered Education (CCE) to coordinate and drive region-wide programs that embed Christ-centered values in schooling. You will guide country offices, partner with Program Leads, and align training with KPIs under the supervision of the RVP and VP of CCE.

Based in the region with travel throughout the area, you will design curricula, monitor impact, coach staff, and help grow Edify’s network of Christ-centered schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, accounting/finance, CS or related field is required.
• 8–10 years in education, international development, or youth development.
• Significant experience leading teams.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and coordination for CCE in the region.
• Lead and mentor Program Leads, coordinating with RVP and VP of CCE.
• Set priorities, plan communications, and monitor KPI alignment.
• Develop and deliver training materials; coach regional program staff.
• Travel within the region to support country offices annually.
