Job summary

Edify seeks a Regional EdTech Lead to advance and implement our EdTech strategy across Central America. You will coordinate with country leads, design biblically-integrated training, and work with vendors and financial partners to expand access to technology in partner schools.

The role requires leading regional programs, coaching country directors, and delivering training to maximize EdTech impact in Christ-centered education. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, CS or related field.
• 5–7 years in education, international development, or technology.
• Experience as Edtech implementor or consultant preferred.
• Experience in Christian ministry desirable.
• Experience designing programs and budgets.
• Ability to coach/mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage Edtech vendor and financial partners in Central America.
• Design and implement cost-effective Edtech plans for the region.
• Develop training and integration programs for teachers and students.
• Support leadership with metrics, planning, and reporting.
