Job summary

JLL is seeking an Economic Development Specialist to manage project support for Regional Managers, facilitating site and facility location efforts for prospective and existing clients. You will coordinate reviews, monitor progress, and build stakeholder relationships to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

The role requires strong coordination skills, a background in economic development or real estate, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in economic development and/or commercial real estate.
• Direct experience in railroad operations or logistics preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate client internal project reviews and approval processes.
• Monitor progress and provide strategic guidance on track construction projects at industrial locations.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop presentations and proposals for client prospects and support business development.
