Job summary
JLL is seeking an experienced Manager of Development and Project Entitlements to guide retail development projects across the continental United States. You will own entitlement processes, coordinate zoning, environmental permits, and utility provisioning while collaborating with landlords, developers, and expeditors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with strong civil/real estate background.
- 15+ years in retail/commercial development including entitlement/permitting experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex entitlement processes with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and liaison among JLL, client, and stakeholders throughout development.
- Lead project delivery from inception through permit authorization and utility provisioning.
- Develop tracking databases, KPIs, and playbooks; optimize processes and manage external consultants.
