Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced E&I Program Manager for major data center projects in the Houston or Odessa, Texas area. You will lead mission-critical electrical and instrumentation work from preconstruction through energization, commissioning, and turnover.

The role requires ownership of safety, schedule, cost, and quality across a fast-track project portfolio, with regular travel to site locations and strong client management.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of data center construction experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of electrical infrastructure and commissioning processes.
• Based in Houston or Odessa with regular travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, schedule, cost, margin, and client satisfaction across your project portfolio.
• Lead teams through installation, energization, testing, commissioning, and turnover of critical systems.
• Oversee medium/low-voltage distribution, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and related infrastructure.
• Manage long-lead procurement and schedule-critical equipment strategy.
• Drive weekly project health reviews and lead recovery planning when milestones are at risk.
• Coach and develop project managers, superintendents, and project controls staff.
