Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s preferred for advancement.
• Experience coordinating educational programs, especially dual credit or college readiness.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of secondary and postsecondary education systems and policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with high schools, colleges, and community organizations to support dual credit program implementation.
• Coordinate student enrollment processes, including eligibility verification, registration, and communication with students and parents.
• Monitor academic progress and provide support or intervention strategies to ensure student success in dual credit courses.
• Organize informational sessions, workshops, and training for educators, students, and families about dual credit opportunities and requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to program participation, outcomes, and compliance with institutional and state policies.
• Serve as a liaison between educational institutions to resolve issues and facilitate effective communication.
• Stay informed about changes in educational policies, funding, and best practices related to dual credit programs.
