Job summary

Bluegrass Community & Technical College seeks a Dual Credit Advisor to serve as a liaison between the college and secondary schools for articulated credit, dual credit, and dual enrollment programs. You will recruit, advise, and register dual credit students, guiding them from application through matriculation and transition to college.

• Bachelor's degree required and four years related experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective, new, and returning dual credit students on eligibility and enrollment.
• Support onboarding, registration, orientation, and ongoing academic success.
• Coordinate with high school partners and plan annual dual credit offerings.
• Assist with college processes like scholarships, billing, roster verification, and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate student and program information and assist with other needs.
