Job summary

Bluegrass Community & Technical College seeks a Dual Credit Advisor to liaise with high schools on articulated and dual credit programs. You will support recruitment, advising, and matriculation of dual credit students while guiding families through college procedures.

You will report to the Associate Dean and collaborate with the Dual Credit team to coordinate courses, onboarding, and ongoing academic support for students transitioning from high school to college.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field is required with four years of related experience.
• Equivalent education or experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Position emphasizes advising, collaboration, and student success.

Responsibilities

• Advise dual credit students on eligibility, enrollment, and academic planning.
• Support onboarding, registration, orientation, and academic success.
• Coordinate with high school partners and college departments.
• Maintain accurate student and program information and interventions.
• Assist with peak-season advising as needed.
