Job summary

ThompsonGas in Midland, TX is seeking a DOT Recruiter to own recruiting across the US regions (East, Central, West). This on-site role collaborates with field operations to fill high-volume positions like Delivery Drivers and Service Techs.

You will develop local plans, leverage ATS tools (Tenstreet, DriverHub), and track metrics from opening a requisition through onboarding while maintaining confidentiality and representing our employment brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years recruiting experience in an industrial industry.
• Nationwide recruiting experience preferred.
• DOT-regulated driver recruiting experience required.
• Experience with ATS (Tenstreet, DriverHub etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop local recruiting plans for the assigned regions.
• Heavy emphasis on high-volume roles including Delivery Drivers (DOT regulated) and Service Techs.
• Use traditional and creative sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.
• Partner with the regional HR Business Partner and Field Operations hiring managers to align on hiring needs and candidate selection.
• Track and interpret recruiting metrics to evaluate pipeline effectiveness from requisition opening through onboarding.
• Utilize company established vendors for background check/drug testing requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR-related information at all times.
• Positively build and promote the company’s employment brand and reputation in the external environment and with potential future employees.
