Job summary

Vitu is seeking an Account Executive to build and maintain professional relationships with clients in the Northeast and Northwest regions of Pennsylvania. You will manage dealership DMV processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver proactive support across multiple channels.

The role involves working closely with dealership personnel, training on DMV workflows, and collaborating with leadership to optimize client outcomes. A strong focus on service and accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Reports of Sale and DMV documents for new and used vehicles.
• Account management in B2B environments.
• Knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to registration processing.

Responsibilities

• Train dealership personnel on the use of Vitu.
• Meet with dealership management to review DMV processes.
• Monitor dealer error rates and licenses to ensure DMV compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealership personnel.
• Provide Vitu/VITU support via phone, chat and email.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and be proactive to client needs.
• Advocate for clients and suggest program improvements.
• Audit DMV EVR & RIA procedures for compliance.
• Assist clients with complex DMV issues.
• Navigate a dealer's DMS to verify DMV fee calculations.
• Conduct DMV fee training in-person and via webinar.
