Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a DMV Compliance Support Specialist to maintain and build relationships with Vitu clients across Northeastern and Northwestern Pennsylvania.

You will train dealership staff on Vitu, review DMV processes with management, monitor compliance, and provide responsive service by phone, chat, and email. Travel up to 150 miles is required; experience with DMV documents, EVR, and DMS systems will help you deliver audits and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Reports of Sale and DMV documents for new and used vehicles.
• Account management in a B2B environment preferred.
• Experience with DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation.
• EVR program knowledge (E-filing).
• Knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to registration processing.
• Willingness to travel up to 150 miles.
• Experience with Vitu or similar vehicle titling platforms is relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build professional relationships with Vitu clients.
• Support clients across Northeast and Northwest Pennsylvania, covering Lawrence, Erie, Jefferson, Bradford, Tioga, and Wayne counties.
• Train dealership personnel on the use of Vitu.
• Meet with dealership management to review DMV paperwork processes and procedures.
• Monitor dealer error rates, active user lists, and RIA/Dealer licenses for DMV compliance.
• Provide Vitu support via phone, chat, and email.
• Deliver responsive and proactive customer service.
• Suggest program improvements on behalf of clients and address client issues and concerns.
• Conduct compliance audits to ensure dealerships follow DMV EVR and RIA procedures and regulations.
• Answer or research complex DMV issues for clients.
• Navigate dealer DMS systems to verify correct DMV fee calculations.
• Conduct DMV fee training in person and via webinar.
